Pushing the Frame: Willful Transgressions
March 8, 2026 — April 26, 2026
Haerri Kim (she/her) is a visual artist and graphic designer based in Seoul and London. She holds a BFA in Fine Arts and Printmaking from Hongik University in Seoul, South Korea and is pursuing a MA in Printmaking at the University of the Arts, London. Kim’s artistic practice explores the complexities of interpersonal relationships, focusing on the ambivalence that can arise within them. Informed by feminist perspectives, her work addresses the conflicting emotions experienced by female victims of abuse in relation to their perpetrators, and the coexistence of compassion and resentment toward former partners or family members. Drawing on her background in graphic design, Kim incorporates digital art and animation to articulate the narratives underlying these emotional tensions. Kim’s artwork has been previously presented in the solo exhibition Dual Citizenship at SpaceUooyoung in 2025, as well as group exhibitions in galleries across England, Spain, Italy, and Korea over the past two years.
