Sarsour is a Palestinian-Sudanese poet and activist who escaped war in Sudan, only to get trapped under seige and bombardment in Gaza. Compiled together for the first time, this anthology features 26 poems in two editions, written over the course of the ongoing genocide. From Gaza, Sarsour has recorded readings of each poem, allowing us to meet the poet and hear his voice as we carry his words with us.
